LOL … spent many a shitfaced night in there in the past, I’m amazed it’s still open.
There was also The Swallow (long closed) down the road, also flatroofed I think, which was Hinkler Roads classier establishment

Ah the Astolat Pub in Guildford where I spent many an evening when living off-campus
Used to be run by Timothy Spall’s brother IIRC. Was in there the night David Platt scored “that” goal against Belgium in Euro '90 that, somehow, descended into a mass brawl when someone knocked someone elses beer over wehn celebrating the goal!!
Mind you we were all squeezed around the sole 20" TV in the pub.

Well if they are going to enter they will certainly need some petri dish’s to grow it in at the local fish farm.
