AND FINALLY …
Stephen Biebelhausen has set a new world record for the mile. Josh Kerr can rest easy though, it’s the record for running it with a pushchair. Biebelhausen was only 35 seconds slower than Kerr despite also propelling his one-year-old daughter Blake.
Tragically, though, Biebelhausen is American and broke the record in Cleveland, Ohio. So unless he is a particularly huge fan of British athletics history he will never know the brilliance of the nickname given to him by our headline writers: Steve Pram.

I think we’re all heading for the last round up. I know you all make jokes about my advanced years but at least I got them in whilst the going was reasonably good…you youngster have just had, largely a diet of shit…
