Possibly one of THE MOST HORRIFIC scenes in Cricket history from Headingley earlier.

Geezer carrying 6 pints on a disposable cardboard tray

That fell apart. In slow motion, causing pints to fall one after another while Geezer tries to catch them…

Replayed in slow motion

That has to be an all time schadenfreude moment for all football fans, unless you’re a Manure fan of course.

Yes indeed, still not house trained.

But was it one of your ships? - not that you’d have lowered yourself to doing whatever it is that’s needed to make it go from one place to another to make you loads of profit…

Quite correct, it’s pointless having staff and not putting them to use.

It was one of our ships, you are correct. The 3 mast Clipper, The Jolly Spanker was skippered by Chambers’ GGG Grandfather Basil Blackbeard, shipping barrels of Pickled Skate from Portsmouth to loads of places unaware they were in need of any.

HTH.

Hope you went to the Lloyds coffee house to insure the cargo.

I’m assuming you did as clearly you are still rolling in it. (& Chambers GGGF if he died in the shipwreck had fathered offspring- otherwise there’s a cuckoo in the nest…)

Lloyd’s have long been used to our losses. In fact many of @Shroppie’s more complex bell rings are based on our Lloyd’s losses for the 1789 - 1806 period.
