😆 When I Saw This I Laughed Or At Least I Smiled Or At Least I Wasn’t Bored MK II

How do you spell anmkneesia?

How would I know I cant remember what was in the meal I had at lunchtime.

If it was foreign muck, it was probably Wrissoles, which is of course Equatorial African Assoles.

That was the people that cooked it thank you very muchly

Sometimes my resurrected hobby of bellringing throws up the unexpected.

At my home tower of Nantwich, just three of us regularly have a couple of pints after practice. Myself, the tower captain (yes, really) and the vicar (yes, really).

Over such pints the vicar hatches plans. As a result this Sunday’s service is replaced by “Hymns and Pyms”. The congregation have voted for their favourite hymns, at a tenner a vote, and they’ll be sung as a top ten whilst swigging Pyms :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: Can’t knock it as it’s raised over a grand. I’m just doing the drinking. And ringing.

Hanging is to good for him.
Keel haul him first then hung drawn and quartered is the appropriate punishment for that indescretion.

I’ve just been rained on whilst driving south on the M3 between Winchester and Southampton.

Please advise.

I’m told that modern charabancs are now fitted with a clever rubber sweeping device that, when activated, will spread raindrops into smears on your glass wind-protector so that you can’t see the rain any more and can stop worrying.

There may also be a removable fabric cover which could protect you and should only take an hour or so to fit in place

Thanks @Shroppie. We do have those rubber sweeping devices but unfortunately they have welded themselves to the glass wind-protector in the hot weather.

Unfortunately I didn’t know how to separate them from the surface of the glass wind-protector and of course which button to press on the dashboard to operate them. If I’d stopped to read the instructions in the owner’s manual, I’m sure I wouldn’t have taken out the front row of cars in Hendy Ford, Leigh Road, Eastleigh.

Don’t you have staff to press buttons?

I do sympathise over the welding thing. When I turned mine on last week the metal moved but the rubber stayed. I was informed this might be cause to fail the MOT, but that seemed harsh.
