I completely disagree on DEI being a fad which is dying out. I donāt see thst across the industries my firm work with. Most contracts we win require us to demonstrate full DEI and CSI policies (to match their own). If anything itās becoming more prevalent. And a good thing imho.
It seems more that large āMuricans are cozying up to the Trump administration so they have no barriers to continue trading once Trump takes over.
I agree with you on the Meta moderation piece. But again thatāsāmurica for you. I suspect itāll backfire in the EU and UK.
