I was listening to Ratcliife & Maconie on 6 Music ths morning. They played "Pavane Pour Une Infante Defunte (Maurice Ravel) " by William Orbit from 1995.

This is the version I’ve come to love…released 16 years before by one of the pioneers of electronic music…Isao Tomita… just beautiful.

I was a fan of his work from the early '70s…died in 2016 aged 85.
