The blame lies with the whole DNC really, who discriminated and worked against Sanders at every turn. Polls (unreliable as they are nowadays) showed Sanders demolishing Trump in a 1-1 race, so they got their comeuppance for that.
Thankfully Wasserman-Schultz resigned and it looks like Keith Ellison will get the Chair instead. If that happens i’ll be delighted as he’s an actual progressive rather than a corporate clown like DWS was.
