Probably not the best example Barry considering the person who was acquitted of murder was found guilty in the civil case.
Normal people can see that there is an unruly mob. Normal people can see them smashing windows. Normal people can see what appears to be going on and that when people are calling the election rigged and trying to prevent the process of installing the legally elected president that it is a very serious situation. Normal people would expect arrests and for there to be prosecutions. If as you seem to think, they were all just on a sight seeing trip, no doubt they will be found innocent and sent on their way.

There’ll be arrests and convictions I would guess but the charges you all seem to have labelled them with and also more worryingly convicted them is disturbing, thank fuck you’re not in the judiciary, fascist courts or what?

The prosecution will decide what they will be charged with and it will be put before a jury who will make their decision. None of this has anything to do with me. I am merely making an observation based on what I have heard and seen. The fact that you have come to a different conclusion is your right. Neither of our opinions count for anything, you do understand that don’t you?

And of course, no Government documents or letters were stolen, and nobody was caught on film doing it as that is actually Spying.
And no vandalism occurred. A window wasnt broken in the house, and nobody tried to climb through that window to get at the elected officials inside, and of course nobody except an elected official & the house TV cameras saw it happen.
Of course, I just don’t throw charges about and in turn convict people irrespective of how distasteful I find them, enlightened I believe its called.

I have no power to convict anyone. As I said, I, like others have come to a conclusion about what I have seen and heard. If I am wrong, so what. I don’t think I am wrong though. If you think that their intentions were honourable, so be it. That is what you do Barry.

And you cannot ARREST someone until you take a case to a prosecutor.
Something which even the dumbest fvck on the planet must understand having seen at least one American Cop show.
MOST of the arrests to date were for breach of curfew.
Detectives are currently Detecting.
Sedition, Treason, Attempted Coup are all possible charges. As are breaking & entering, and even failing to pass through a security scanner at the door.

Tell you what Barry, if it is shown that these people were just going to a Jamiroquai convention and were angry that they had been dropped off at the wrong venue, I will go to Washington and apologise to them all personally for doubting their intentions.
