If I may wade into this debate, I am largely on the side of @CB-Saint here, not really on the specifics of racism per se, more a general nod to the self-destructive way the left campaign these days.
There is far too little of trying to convince people and far too much of trying to condemn people Whatever the slur, if itās misapplied itāll backfire.
Couple that with an obsession on identity politics, and the left provides all the ammunition the right could possibly need to counter us.

Pap used to call me all sorts on Saints web without foundation, even concerning the EU (I think he was a remainer then).
Itās very difficult to tell what pap believes. He was a staunch corbynista but then favoured the brexit party. He chops and changes with relative ease. If memory serves me right heās actually only supported Saints for about 5 years. There seems to be a lot of hobbies that get pap excited for a while.

Exactly. Also, i was trying to make a point about our so called independent media in this country. Just imagine if known racists, whoās leaders were serving prison sentences for race hate crimes, expressed support for the Labour leader and his party, and were openly calling for supporters to join. To āmake his leadership more secureā. All hell would break loose. Yet this story is tucked away in a corner of, just The Independent as far as i can tell. Not a peep from the BBC of course. Staggering hypocrisy and double standards, and evidence, as if any more were needed, of the institutional media bias in this country.

Moreover, the party was already a state within a state and had paramilitary forces at its disposal.
