Obviously that leaves the question of what happens next. By election or should the local party whose MP got chopped be able to put forward another candidate. Either way is fine with me as long as we can winkle out some of these shitbags.

A year of huge political miscalculation for the Prime Minister. She and her advisers wanted to box Labour in, making the inevitable but much denied election a Brexit issue. Unfortunately for them, Corbyn whipped his MPs to support Article 50.
At that point her plan for a general election win on Brexit were completely fucked. She couldnāt say Labour wouldnāt deliver on Brexit. The party had just voted to invoke Article 50. Itās therefore slightly incredulous that she ran the election on that basis anyway.
Think weāll have new elections in spring.

Chris Grayling announced as new Party Chairman, all Tory MPs informed of this by twitter from Consevative party HQ, reported on BBC and Sky news channels. Five minutes later they retracted it, saying he isnāt, it was a mistake. Now it appears that Brandon Lewis,(who he?) has got the job. What a fucking shambles of a government we are stuck with.
