I was listening to some reports from Ukrainian soldiers saying that the Russians have ammunition to burn and can just put superior firepower where needed. e.g. Putting Grad missile launchers against sniping positions.

Win what? In the long term of course they will, the level of sanctions will be a regime changer in Russia, its tragic Ukraine will be decimated for it, long term they will succeed absolutely no doubt but the costs will be so so high.
Russia hasnât achieved its goal and its solidified a nation albeit broken by indiscriminate illegal bombing, how can they ever hope to hold the eastern part of Ukraine?
