Very senior rank and they’re going to the front line as they’re moving so slow, this is turn makes them very vulnerable, also they’re using (again this is the media so believe it or not but it rings true) analogue phones as their ERA systems won’t work as they’ve blown up all the 3/4g masts.
If it wasn’t so sad and serious it would be a comedy, running out of fuel, being towed by tractors, getting lost and using sim cards bought to relay messages.
