I think you’ll find that the knife was given to the husband by her psychopathic but sexy sister who has a history of stealing her boyfriends. After telling her husband multiple times to get the knife out of their house the husband admits he is having an affair and is going to leave her the next day. The wife decides to wait til her husband is asleep and then chops his balls off and throws him out of their home. She pickles his balls in a jar and keeps them on the mantle piece.
