Wembly / FA could sell the tickets directly and not give the money to Chelsea or hold it in escrow
I think the analogy should be
Husband tells wife he is thinking of sleeping with a knife
That night the wife batters the husband to death and then murders their children
Just in case ( and he was probably a nazi)
I think you’ll find that the knife was given to the husband by her psychopathic but sexy sister who has a history of stealing her boyfriends. After telling her husband multiple times to get the knife out of their house the husband admits he is having an affair and is going to leave her the next day. The wife decides to wait til her husband is asleep and then chops his balls off and throws him out of their home. She pickles his balls in a jar and keeps them on the mantle piece. She also keeps his playstation.
Does this actually incentivise us to try to sell Livramento for more than the buy back clause as soon as possible?
Could happen.
Are you Eric Cantona?
When the sardines follow the monkey is it because they think that seagulls will be bludgeoned in to the habitat water feature?
A LOT of their Academy players are out of contract at the end of the season
The 20k away game cost may not be enough to cover the cost of a European Away game. They may have to go by commercial flights or even a coach
That analogy only works if the husband is a paranoid schizophrenic off his meds.
You are technically in compliance of the ground rules
Glad to see this thread has finally found something we can all agree on….
As we’ve hit a major Chelsea/schadenfreude vibe, I guess this belongs best in here - good article, as ever, by David Conn.
I can’t see him recovering from that. The war’s as good as over.
