All I can say is fucking hell!
So can we all relax now, and not worry that Ralph is going to sell Adams?
You had to say it didn’t you…

I’d guess Man U will bid £80m after Monday.
There are reports today, probably not credible, that we’re still going to let Che go. I suppose it’s possible if we’re going to spend silly money of a new striker and need to balance the books, but if we can’t have both, I’d rather keep Che. When he came on yesterday the hold-up and link play was instantly better and two goals.
One swallow a blow job does not make…
But that was the best 30 mins I’ve ever seen from him. Almost a hattrick and really good support play.
Aston Villa have submitted a loan offer for Poland centre-back Jan Bednarek , 26, from Southampton. (Football Insider)
While I don’t know anything about football finance, I’d have thought loaning him out was a bit pointless? Wouldn’t we want the funds to go towards another player, or is it enough to just get his wages off the books?
It doesn’t mean we’ll accept a loan offer though. I imagine a permanent sale is preferred by the club but Villa are known for paying silly money so they’d probably have to pay the full wages plus a loan fee. They’re only after him because of the injury to their summer signing, Carlos.
Because he’s got 3 years left on his contract I guess we’d entertain a loan as his value would still be protected provided he doesn’t completely bomb.
I’m still thinking about spending 76mil and book balancing.
I think we will insist on a permanent deal for someone saleable for good money.
Equally he won’t get many starts if the kids stay fit & it’s a World Cup…
I hope Che’s goal scoring streak isn’t just to boost his price.
