Yeah I doubt we’ll be breaking our transfer record in this window of all windows. Even though other clubs are.
That said, these (very) crude and superficial figures suggest that we might still have a reasonable amount to play with. Obviously not taking wages and loan fees etc in to account and me not being able to remember previous windows incomings vs outgoings that might impact the total.

We could certainly do with some real quality and experience at the heart of our defence. It is starting to feel like we’ve been circling the drain for quite a while now (with the exception of the very unusual circumstances surrounding project restart) and it’s only a matter of time until our luck runs out.
Add in agent’s fees, signing on fees.

Other articles say Spurs and others interested, but the Spurs one later denied. Probably agent shopping around to drum up interest and push up the price.
I’d say £15m is more realistic.

Income - you need to deduct the wages for the remaining term of contract, so a few so Ings probably on 50k a week, so 2.5 mil, etc + 10-15 % agent fees…
