If I did it was unknowingly and if she got pregnant i have not yet been cited as a possible father.

Dunno why so much faith is being put in PCR tests.

The PCR test is not the issue, I have had a dozen or so of them, its the Dismemberment on leaving the vessel I am not looking forward to. :scream::scream:

What is your concern regarding them?

Surely they’ll let you out to go chopping?

Probably not and what is worse is quarantine in EG has a no alcohol policy. 2 weeks in a single room and no booze, I will go madder than I already am.

Just that they don’t really prove much.

You going to need to cite some sources for this as they are widely regarded as the gold standard test and I’m inclined to disagree with you.

Are you getting your wires crossed between PCR and lateral flow tests?

They don’t test specifically for COVID. And I don’t need to do shit :smiley:

No sympathy here mate. :expressionless::expressionless::smile:

They do specifically test for Covid and you should apologise for posting inaccurate information. You would be all over anyone else who posted it.

So a positive PCR test is 100% “you have COVID and you’re infectious”, do they?

The Facebook post questions the reliability of PCR tests and there is something in this.

PCR tests can sometimes indicate that someone does not have the virus when they do (false negative). They can also indicate that someone has the virus when they don’t (false positive).

It’s hard to say how many false negatives and positives PCR tests produce, but in general, these tests are “highly accurate”.

I’ve long said that one of the best things about COVID is watching all the closet authoritarians come out of the woodwork.
