The Batman. HT report. Damn itās a long film!
1st hour, dark moody, brooding, everything you expect. A few tweaks on the feel but nothing to alienate fans.
Pattison is basically Affleck. And hmmm Catwomanā¦
The story unfolds and is engrossing. Not bad.
Next 30 or so minutes it steps out of the shadow of Nolan. Pattison comes into his own more, Inspector Grodon (Jeff Wright) is perfect.
The action builds, far less tech less dark more orange streetlights colour and yes the new Batmobile is sexy.
Enjoying it so far, well paced. Not even having any Vodka
Iāve watched the first 20 minutes and have struggled with that, maybe Iāll try again sometime.

Ep 3 & 4 of Outer Range have dropped on Amazon.
1st 2 were ādisconcertingā. Wonderful cast, wonderful scenery/cinematography but slow yet gripping with stuff going on and glimpses of weird stuff.
Ep 3 stays āslowā but much more moves forwards. Nay, even moves Mountains.
It is āStrangely Compellingā, time to refill the glass and get into Ep4
