Good turnout of bottled Ringwood Ales (Draft included Pedigree, Hobgoblin Gold and Marstons Stout plus some 61 IPA or something I had never heard of and they had REAL HAND PUMPS - which is actually only the 2nd time in 24 years I’ve had a proper pint of Real Ale in this town. Or was it nearer 10? I dunno - 150+ beers to choose from how we gonna finish all them in one night? Well we made a bloody good try.
Oh how we danced and sang. Apparently that’s what we did because my shoes were full of sawdust and I’ve lost my voice. Seems we managed to get home AND lock the door without passing out in the corridor Gawd knows how.
Note to self.
Be somewhere else next September. Anywhere except that bloody Beer Tent.
