Aye but been too hot ; 38C last week and still
34 today so only one ride in so far and that was tough on return as 36! Also really unfit as harshly Dow. Any riding this year -this time last year I hand done 5k so far this year 300…

We cycled 15k to sete and 15km back - when we got to the car it said 42c in the sun
I went for a short ride early doors as well and worked out that before my boozing tonight I drank 5 litres of fluid and had one piss - it’s daft
Yep stopped twice on last ride and baight 1.5ltr water… 4lttes on A 2.5 hour ride !
