I’m eating yummy Turkey, Stuffing, Mayo & Rocket sarnies for lunch.
From outside comes a call from youngest Niece calling for Mrs P_F.
She goes onto the balcony.
Niece hits her with a few squirts from a water pistol. Nephew rises from behind the solar water heating panel and blasts her with a water/nerf gun.
Mrs P_F turns to scold nephew & her Brother emerges from behind the pillar to send an entire 5 gallon bucket over her from 5 feet away
praise the Lord I had a mouthful of Sarnie and couldn’t laugh.
She was drenched. Epic attack gang…

Mrs P_F 's BFF 's Mum has been away for almost 4 weeks at a Health Spa (2 time Cancer sufvivir - the Health Service here does that stuff)
Today her last day, following on from my Forage for more than shrooms mantra she used local knowledge, stopped on the way home and picked 2 of these
Yep all Wild Garlic.
Have to say this is manna from heaven. (Thanks to Greg Wallace & co) it has changed my cooking for the better.
Now to try store/preserve/pickle/pesto some
