Prior to last post, all this years harvest has either been eaten, or turned into jam or pickles by Mrs TB.
There is still lettuce growing under cloches by the back door.

Cooking early lunch with the Sunday blues show on Planet Rock. Takes me back to pre-kids convivial Sunday lunchtimes / afternoons in the pub with live bands / jam sessions. The Half Moon in Putney was good.

Mundane Auschwitz trip today.
Polish + a Dutch friend all living in Holland.
Did my thing. Polish told me they learnt stuff about Poland.
Dropped them back at their hotel got a £50 tip.

LITSL might have seen Johnny Kidd, but this was just the Pirates, Mick Green and Johnny Spence. Can’t remember who was on drums, some young lad they’d brought in after Frank Farley died. I saw them all over the place, another good venue up that way for that sort of band is the Borderline.

Mmmm…in the end Lady Slowlane developed a nasty cold and hacking cough (tested negative) so we even missed the dinner date.

Pushing my luck, I suggested I should go to Anfield plus two home games in December, and we should get the new TV and laptop I want.
