I may have had a moment in Lidl this morning.
You may recall me mentioning Poles like wafer thin streaky bacon. I mean see through thin.
To find proper Back Bacon for 1st time in 18 months. OMG.
I bought the lot obviously.

Just booked mine - Epsom Racecourse on 19th March. Knowing my luck I’ll get a horse tranquilizer instead…
But annoying because it’ll mean I’ll have no excuse to isolate myself from the general public when lockdown ends

New laptop arrived this morning (for annoyance section at 8.30am when I was fast asleep still).
Not missing the clunky old thing and the weird noise it was making every 5 mins. See how long this one lasts.

Today was the funeral. “Dad” passed away in December 2019.
Means a full year of lockdown since it was last worn.
The suit still fits!

It was nice in a formal way.
Pallbearers here wear a quasi military uniform, there are no readings or stuff organist played a WW2 marching anthem.
We all then follow the hearse to the cemetery 1km in blizzard. And in she went.
Maybe 80 people?
Best story she was always out cleaning. On 3rd she went to hospital. Staff found her cleaning the windows

Given the schools went back today, the work load was actually ok today. We got the inbox down to 0 at one point. I’ve never seen that. Sure it will pick up.

Things are going to shit in EU atm not easy touring if everything is locked down
