Every Sunday something called Toyah and Robert’s Sunday Lunch appears on Mrs SOGs face book page. It features Toyah Wilcox and her husband of many years Robert Fripp (King Crimson) doing batshit crazy things or playing cover versions of various classic tracks. It has become our weekly guilty pleasure. They also do a weekly agony aunt feature which is worth a watch if you want some proper British eccentricities.

Always on the lookout for picturesque but rundown locations to take my Classic car to I noticed a pile of stones stacked up on the side of the A303.
Not the best of backdrops I’ll admit but the entrance to the quarry was barred and entry looked unlikely. Fortunately I had a pair of sturdy bolt cutters with me and as there was nobody about I nipped off the padlock…

Now despite that being the name of an ex boss who screwed me over, it’s also the meteor shower this week. The Rhind Tutt comet left overs or something.
Anyway. With one due every 5 minutes or so, while having a smoke on my south facing balcony I’ve clocked 2 actual brighter than Mars Fireballs & 1 actual meteor streak.
