Fucking AI on help lines, trying to book a repair for mu tumble dryer and the AI āassistantā is painfully bad.
In fact the whole booking repair call is trorturous.

Someone I know has a problem with a flat that their old parent bought in a retirement block

Service charge is now 1200 a month
The estate cannot give it away - donāt even go for Ā£45,000 for an apartment in Lymington at auction. mccarthy and stone wonāt take it back for free
They will drain the estate, then repossess. 19 out of 45 apartments are vacant

pathetically short lease and a fortune to extend it along with restrictions on who it could be sold to.
Ended up moving her into Westcliff Hall - she liked it there. Quality of care deteriorated over the time since she moved in during lockdown though & savings were depleted pretty damn quickly 
Care and retirement homes are a license to print money.
We moved my mum into a care home after selling her house for Ā£280k, 3 years later and sheās nearly burnt through the money, itās not even like itās an expensive home as well.
Whatās worse is that she doesnāt do anything either, just sits in her room and watches TV, doesnāt join in with the activities, nothing

Laptop half died last night.
Keypad not working not charging
Fid all the anti virus scans but.
Step nephew staying for weekend trying to fix but we donāt even have the right sized Jewellery screw drivers to get the case off.
The Car Key broke. I gave the key to Mrs P_F to lock the car it came back with metal piece out of case.
On top of not going to Ireland.

I have finally worked out that, thanks to Severn Trentās incredible incompetence, I have been paying next doorās water bill for the last year. Theyāve been charging us for a metered supply but we have no meter. But they said we had. And used next doorās reading as it seemed the easiest thing to do.
Now for fun getting my money back.
