People not consulting their staff.
Just back from the Eye Hospital today. It has moved to the new hospital and it is bananas.
Theyāve decided to lump all the Eye lot in one place, which means you have A&E cases there. Itās shit. Most of the people in my ward are much older. The last place was nice and quiet. This place is like an airport. Thereās a Costa not 10 metres from reception.
The best bit is the booking in system. So what you do is you announce yourself and then wait for your name to appear on the board. In a fucking eye clinic! Where a good number of the patients cannot see.
The staff were not unaware of the potential problems of this approach and have gone back to the traditional approach of calling someone by name. Jesus wept, listen to the people who have to work there.

4 days of courses to be taken whilst I am on leave for a job I dont want. Due to time difference it starts at 3pm my time until 10:30 pm cant drink before hand and a not lot of time to go out and get pissed afterwards.

Itās pretty much there already in the City. Glad I only go into the office maybe once a week. After work drinks would bankrupt me if it was 5 days a week.
