1st annoyance: 3 month electricity bill rocks up on my email, log in to account to see a bill for £800. Check meter reading against their estimate and it is around 2500kwh over the actual reading.
2nd annoyance: Knowing it will take about an hour on hold and probably the same amount of time to sort out their fucking mess.

So a fairly happy ending, after only 10 minutes on the phone it has been sorted, and near enough £600 should be getting credited back into our account in a few days. Which will promptly be withdrawn back to our joint account (I refuse to let them hold my account in excessive credit anymore) and maybe pay for a nice little holiday.
As an aside it turns out their annual estimate that appears on the bill, is less than what they estimated we used over the last 3 months. How the fuck does that work?

Been there, done that. Mine ended well - the useless twat didn’t get any better, but he did smarten himself up, fell in love, and got himself another job.
I had given a good incentivised bit of advice, though - said if he didn’t smarten up, personally and professionally, I would have him sitting in his car in the car park, because he was no fucking use to me in the office.

Because of team absence issues I have to bite my tongue and allow her to piss off clients and colleagues on projects while I wait for a couple of newbies to finish their notice periods elsewhere before joining us.

How fvcking antiquated is the European Railway Ticketing system.
Buy onlne have to go into Krakow to colelct the tickets maybe 2 or 3 days later.Austrian Railways let you bhuy a ticket then tell you it has to be printed at a machine in Austria/.

The Trainline allows you to buy European train tickets online……and don’t have to be printed. Well that was my experience traveling through Austria, Germany and Italy this summer.

Also they are about 200% more than buying local.
It’s OK I just have to go to the Station in Krakow then in Austria to a machine to print tickets - unreal.
