😠 The Little Annoyances Of Everyday Life (Part 1)

Keep it under the mattress mate, it’s far safer and there’s no pin code to remember :+1::+1::+1:

Having to go to work today. Begrudgingly. Just 2 weeks until we have a holiday and I can recharge a bit. This full time work really takes it out of you, doesn’t it?

I’m not back until the 2nd. I’ve been off since the 19th.

I’m on call to sort any emergencies, but the cool thing is that none of this counts against my annual leave entitlement.

Beat that!

I hate you.

Going to be reading a load of nasty domestic abuse referrals it seems.
If your xmas dinner isn’t on time. Don’t hit your partner. It is really very simple.

Does it…can’t remember back that far. :lou_wink_2:

Silly boy. :lou_lol:

If your Christmas dinner isn’t on time and that bothers you, take a moment to reflect that perhaps you could have cooked it yourself

I hate these self-entitled partners. Like when blokes moan about their wife’s cooking, well learn to fucking cook then :angry:

Yep never complain about their cooking or love making. Privileges can be withdrawn. :lou_wink_2:

My partners dad retired aged 55. He had the audacity to suggest I’d been part time for years. It was just 11 months.

Honestly some of the stuff I read. Essentially they’ve not grown up and learnt to manage emotions properly.

I feel sorry for him…I had to slog it out until I was 47. :lou_lol:

I understand but in reality you never really retire, you just do less of the thing you don’t like doing.
I don’t believe it takes any readjustment…you just extend your leave until you don’t remember what it was you used to do. :lou_lol:

I hate you. I’m going to my room!

Sort of but with more fists and sometimes a chair and definitely a lot of blackmail and manipulation.

You are perhaps seeing the worst aspects of life, a bit like an ambulance driver in that respect, but I don’t disagree with what you say.

We all know these kind of nobs. Fair play for not being desensitised to it all after everything you’ve seen.

If we know those nobs we need to talk to them about being less of a nob.

Having worked in this area since 2003 I still think I’m not too blinkered and don’t think everyone is a nob and that I’m seeing the small sliver of the worst.
I’m also seeing the result of decade of underfunding etc.

You’ve been on here for some time now, yet you still don’t think everyone is a knob???

Fair play to you :+1::+1::grin:
