About 4.30 today I got an invite to a panel meeting on Thursday at 9.50. Not much notice but I am free. I asked what the meeting is about. Essentially I have to go and tell them the same thing I put on a form 2 weeks ago. I know these are to show scrutiny of decisions but a case note should suffice in the case I am dealing with.
