📰 The latest news!

You may recall I posted the news about the brutal rape & murder of a young girl near Zarzow last weekend.
Police arrested the man yesterday, but are now under a storm of shit for breaching his human rights for hauling him out his house with no shoes on dressed only in his boxer shorts…
Because of an EU Court ruling it could affect any trial even though he is believed to have confessed.

Whilst I can understand the obvious emotional circumstances, you have to remember that we do advocate ‘innocent until proven guilty’ (confession or no…and when did the confess?) Its easy to think of the ‘guilty’ of such hideous crimes as having ‘wavered’ their rights etc… but its what sets us apart from them that we don’t act with a ‘eye for an eye’ vengeance approach, but have rules that define OUR humanity, not their inhumanity.

He called in apparently stricken with remorse. Will see if anything English gets published tomoz

Thats lovely, do you have kids?

The ironic thing is as shite is EU is concerning that if correct is he’ll get a harsher sentence now as people will be watching and hoping to get political capital from it if its a lenient sentence.
Lets face it, the Poles at the moment are a tad to the right in the main when it comes to politics, religion and Nationalism.

I do, but the point is that this is irrelevant… natural to have highly emotive reactions, but thankfully we do not have a system of justice run on emotions, but one on, in principle, humanitarian principles, otherwise we would be executing prisoners for many offences or not even bothering with due process…

It’s totally relevant, I wonder if you’d be so enlightened with the law if this terrible thing happened to you, empathy works both ways.
Strange now how people like yourself have time for the West and its institutions as its fair, impartial and blind when it suits…

This is a bit pointless, as you cant grasp the difference between personal emotional response to hideous crime, and appropriate and fair justice. I guess you would welcome the return of the death penalty? It is implied by your tone and opinion on this story…

No I wouldn’t as you ask.

Should Shemima Begam be tried under UK law or the law she recognised? It’d be arrogant for us to give her western help when she doesn’t regard it, oh she does now? Oh right.

The law needs to be reviewed for child cases in my humble opinion and the tariff needs to be higher with no parole, it’s western hypocrisy of rehabilitation concerning we can fix everything, we can’t, who wants a child killer living in their area?
Maybe they can be put in all the liberal areas, you’d see these hippies quickly turn into Trump I can assure you.

You cant help yourself can you… as transparent as glass…

And again (almost ready to call ‘HOUSE!’)

Nah, your miles off yet.
Muslims.
Integration.
Homophobia.
Backwards.
And on and on.
You get the idea. Your card needs many more boxes to tick.

And you’ll keep defending homophobia etc etc well done.

What???

Could you could show show examples of this, or retract that as a lie.
Thanks.

I’ve never seen you state or condemn Russia in their new laws, the Muslim faith and their reluctance to accept gays.
Every side you back has issues with gays.
Can you condemn the Russian state please and state the Islamic faith has inherent homophobia in it and I’ll retract of course I will.

And no whataboutery.

No society is perfect Barry. You claim to be a patriot. Does that mean you agree with deporting the wind rush generation? Our occupation of Ireland? Do you support our history of colonialism?
