Happen pretty much every year though. A victim of geography.
Not like that they donât. It takes something out of the ordinary for US weather to make the top UK headlines, and this was way out of the ordinary. Could well be that it becomes ordinary, of course, but I donât know if thereâs any data on that.

Isnât that pretty much what I said? If something worse than normal is predicted and then happens, it doesnât make it something that happens pretty much every year. And this year was far worse than normal.

Well, to be fair to me, I posted about the same time as the boris thread was updated. Also, in further fairness to myself, I did some extensive shroppie searching before posting. And in a final act of fairness to my good self, I still labour under under the misapprehension that recently updated threads appear near the top of the list presented.
