Rose was misunderstood.

Do you have proof of this or are you assuming it because of the Jewish cemetery vandalism? Oh. And back on topic please.

You go, Emily.

Tried listening to the Sunday news shows yesterday. Found it impossible. Didn’t matter which side of the Party was on, the leading topic of conversation was antisemitism in the Labour Party.

It was literally the first thing John Pienarr asked McDonnell. Have to say, think the leadership has played this badly. It allowed the party to adopt the IHRA definition, which even the author doesn’t agree is fit for purpose. It’ll not be able to stop talking about the issue now.

Oddly, Labour polls are holding up, meaning one of two things. Either people don’t believe the smears or they are not arsed about them. You already know how it’ll be played if Corbyn gets another good result. Half the country will be antisemitic then.

Jeremy Corbyn, the alleged Anti-Semite.

  1. In October 1936, Jeremy Corbyn’s mother participated in the battle of Cable Street indefence of British Jews after British fascists had staged an assault on the area. Corbyn was raised in a household passionately opposed to antisemitism in all its forms.

  8. On 24th March 2009, Corbyn signed a Parliamentary motion praising British Jews who resisted the Holocaust by risking their lives to save potential victims

  9. Nine years ago, Corbyn signed a Parliamentary motion praising “Jewish News”for its pioneering investigation into the spread ofAntisemitism on Facebook

  19. On 3 December 2016, Corbyn made a visit to Terezin Concentration Camp when Jewish people were murdered by the Nazis. It was Jeremy’s third visit to such a camp, all of which were largely unreported in the most read UK papers.

  20. Last year, a widely-endorsed 2018 academic report found ninety-five serious reporting failures in the reporting of the LabourAntisemitism story with the worst offenders The Sun, the Mail & the BBC.

Anti-Semite? I don’t fucking think so. It is a vile slur by the State of Israel and their lackeys in the UK parliament, who are terrified at the prospect of a supporter of Palestinian human rights becoming Prime Minister.

So what. Seriously, so what?

You could post a million of those. The simple fact is that Corbyn is aware of the suffering of the Palestinian People. That alone is enough for the “ruling elite” to target him and seek to destroy him irrespective of his actual core Socialist politics.

This is about the narrative, it is not about IHRA or anything else. That is why Corbyn keeps quiet, it is a false flag attack by the invisible powers and not one thing he does or says will make a blind bit of difference until he comes out and changes his (correct) views on the suffering of Palestinian people.

For me, leaving UK 25 years ago and “seeing the light” remains the most notable of all the “widening of my perspective” and move from a lapdog to the status quo to a political cynic.

You didn’t need to leave the UK to become a political cynic @Polski_Filip

A lot of us did it without all that travel.

Oh it was touch & go. Luckily Lawson, the ERM & anti-Thatcher coup started it, but in my comment I meant more for seeing a balance in the reality of pro Israeli anti Palestinian rhetoric of the msm in those days

The BBC made this. In 2002.

How we’ve got from there to where we are in seventeen short years is both chilling and remarkable.
