Quite why the social media “influencer” posted the pictures etc on Instagram and didn’t go straight to the rozzers is a bit puzzling 
He deserves the book thrown at him if true.
Perhaps the court of public opinion matters more to her (and him) than the criminal court system. This will ultimately be more damaging for him than a visit from the rozzers.
