🌎🌏 The Fall of Western Hegemony and the Transition to a Multipolar World

I do in many instances but I wasn’t referring to that in my post, it was about the moral quandary they’d face if the monarchy intervened.

Anyway we need PR and nothing else will do.

This is something we can both agree on.

Somewhat pointless speculation given that the last time that was put to the people in a referendum it was roundly rejected.

Times and attitudes change. :man_shrugging:t3:

I shall await the impending vote on PR with bated breath. The public demands nothing less.

As a side vote, the big two won’t do it and they’ll lose power.

Indeed.

China’s economy could be in trouble

Phil, judging by your output tonight I think you ought to give twitter a rest for a few days. Maybe for a few years, in fact.:smile:

But Sadly IF China is about to have a massive property & banking crash the game could change

Only one thing for it mate, open a vein. :unamused::smile:

The world survived the European and US crashes and we’re still here.

This was predicted a few months ago by the chinese economist Won Gah Gon.

There have been some very striking elements of the Chinese economy. For years now.

The powers that be will twist this that western powers are fucked and they’re sweet over there, on a serious note as I’ve said a million times China will only prevail with the middle classes growing, they’ve openly thrown away being a communist state to a totalitarian capitalist one in all but name, if growth stops then the people will question the system and in totalitarian societies questioning means the possibly of revolution, that’s Beijings biggest fear hence the the possibly Taiwanese land grab. Freedom of speech and dissent can’t be tolerated in these places openly.

Someone was bound to bring it up sooner or later. Wonder how long China has been sitting on this ?

Deflecting from their Human Rights record? Or food for the goose is food for the gander?

This Taiwan Pelosi trip is adding a bit of excitement to my afternoon.
