Say what you like about the Spanish, but they know how to sell a car.

No wonder…a Renault 5 would be a hard sell, whatever year.

I had a GT Turbo for a couple of years. Terrifyingly fast.

In Lymington this afternoon…

Don’t think I’ve ever seen one of these before. Toyota Crown, 1972. It’s a 2.6 litre straight six which the owner has fitted with a 2.8 motor.

Did you make an offer?

Believe me, I was tempted. It’s a good job the bird was with me or I’d have been round Slowlane Towers this evening asking for driveway space.

Is that Chambers driving?
Surely they don’t renew Driving Licences after your 250th Birthday in UK anymore:?

Chambers? He lost his nerve when they removed the need for the red flag chaperone. I’m the only one allowed to drive my classic!

A worn but rather lovely early E30. Basic 1986 model 316, and clearly used as a daily driver. I’ve seen this beauty before, always parked near the butchers in Wickham Square.

Morris Traveller in Badger Farm Sainsbury’s this morning. :+1:

I had some work booked in Brockenhurst and Beaulieu this morning, so took the bird along and had lunch afterwards at the Lighthouse in Milford on Sea. Immaculate Ferrari parked outside…

I imagine he drove it with extreme care over the loose stone car park.

It’s been parked there for ages…since 1914 I’m told.

The opening scene has a bearing on the above…
