Here is my take on it allā¦
The false reports regarding the criminality of the Chinese buyers has emanated from the PR department at Anfield and leaked to the ābig clubā biased media with the sole intention of throwing a spanner in the works of the takeover.
Liverpool know that if the takeover happens and we are all of a sudden able to pay our players considerably more and retain their services that they will have to rethink their āscoutingā and recruitment policy. This will cost substantially more than the price of the single St Marys season ticket which to date constitutes their entire scouting system.

Itās a mite concerning that Liebherrās due diligence seemed to think that Lander was completely yacht-shape and Bristol fashion, and it was only the lawyer for the PL that found it was corrupt.
Makes me wonder how much Kat is really thinking about our long-term future, as opposed to just getting rid.
That said, the Liebherrsā record WRT their treatment of Southampton Football Club has been pretty fucking decent.
I find that article very hard to beleive. It thinks Alexander Jarvis of Blackbridge Cross Borders is brokering a Ā£225m business transaction.
