His case has been passed to the CPS. If they decide not to charge him then that’s it done and dusted and he’ll be free to play.
Of course he’s ‘just’ gone to visit family.

Reported this morning as he has “no chance of playing in the ashes” - CPS decision will not be for some weeks (and he might still be charged) 
2nd test starts tomorrow lunchtime here and Moeen looks like he will not be bowling.
It is renowned as a seamers wicket just a shame Wood isn’t ready, I honestly do not see what Jake Ball brings to England, so will be going into a must win test with 3 bowlers.
