The 2017 Election Thread

You should be more worried about the return of bear baiting. The come for the foxes first, you say nothing cause you are not a fox, they come for the webmasters next, you say nothing cause you are not a knob but when they come for you, there is no one left to say anything. Your days could be numbered bear.

Burger King is fine bear but if any Tories on here ask if you want to ‘meet their dogs’ this is not an invite to an orgy. Run!

I’m pulling my punches here obviously, but Marr is a jug-eared gargoyle-faced establishment cunt,-, The little fucking worm doesn’t give a shit who’s arse is in Number 10. His tongue will be right up their arse-crack, spraying the shit he gathers at anyone in opposition.

His interviews with Corbyn and McDonnell have been intended to be stitch-ups, first to last, but they have a habit of making him look like a rabid fucking loon, like when he got upset when Corbyn said he wouldn’t authorise a first strike.

Marr is the sort of person that makes you want to believe in heaven and specifically, hell, if only to take some comfort in this life that the twisted little fucker will have hot pokers rammed up his ringer for eternity.

Like I said, pulling my punches.

So I guess we’ll see May being questioned on the thousands of people that have died as a result of her government’s welfare sanctions? That her party has increased the national debt to well over 1.5tn since 2010? That there are 1/4 million homeless in the UK?

Or will they chuck her some softball questions about electoral fraud that she’ll answer with “we’re fully co-operating with the authorities blah blah investigation ongoing blah blah maintain we’ve done nothing wrong blah blah blah” and we’ll have to be content with that?

All I have in my head now is Strong Stable boy. I am sure that’s where it’s come from. May coincide with that fox hunting announcement.

Just thinking that we could start our own sound bites. Up next Competent Coalition?

Michael Crick from Channel 4 news has expressed astonishment that the rest of the media are colluding with May’s media team, only asking questions that have been pre-vetted in advance. Crick was told by an ‘aide’ not to bother putting his hand up, because he wouldn’t be called. So much for democracy and a free press without fear or favour. People should wake up and realise what is going on here, before it’s too late. Next will be an attempt to reinstate the death penalty, that must be pretty much nailed on.

So not happy to go on national TV to face Corbyn but happy to go on the One Show to spout her strong and stable bollocks…pass the sick bucket.

TBF if you read here the electoral fraud piece is the one that’s been talked about the most, so maybe that representation is correct?

“Strong”

Imagine if Labour had a decent leader. This is something I said very early on, get Corbyn in and it will allow the Conservatives to do carte blanche what the fuck they want.

I was shouted down…

But is it Corbyn’s fault that the media are bending over for May and giving her a free ride?

Stirring stuff from the Corbster here. He’s come a long way since “strong message here”.

The worst thing about these posts is that you know Labour has a decent leader.

I’m not going to make too big a thing of it, but deep down, I suspect the reason for the rather limp support from our resident Tories is that you know that even if you get her over the threshold, she’s not going to give you a good time. She’s a moribund politician being propped up by an establishment shit scared of what real change might bring.

My view is that we stand a crossroads and there’s a good chance that the country is going to be conned by someone only out for herself, when we could have a government in that will actually make some of the changes we need.

I might have said it elsewhere but I think May’s big plan is for Labour to get in so that they can handle the Brexit negotiations, then if they go tits up or the country is worse off afterwards she can breeze in saying she would have made a better job of it!

All her soundbites and they way she is acting point to self destruction!

The only people complicit will be those who vote for May.

Ain’t it that she Secretly wants to Remain? The corbyn policy for Brexit negotiations if i understand it correctly, is tell everyone up front exactly what the minimum you would accept is, and that if EU don’t give it you, you’ll bend over and cancel Brexit just like they want.

There really are only two things you need to know about this election…

  1. Corbyn is a bit of a twat

  2. May is a complete and utter cunt

We now live in an age where the electorate will not hold them to account whatever they say now… its not fake news that is the problem, but the idiocy of those that believe it does not matter what they say or said (Trump and Brexit have taught us that) just that they are saying something that sounds likes its different from what we had before… idiocracy is alive and well. Populism based on spreading ignorance is enough to get you over the line.

What fun times we live in. Enjoy the debate - we are unlikely to see one in the HoC for the the forseeable future.

Theresa May voted for Maastricht and voted for Lisbon.

Corbyn voted against both. He’s actually got better Brexit voting credentials :lou_sunglasses:
