Having read some of the unintelligible and overly miserable Saints related drivel on other forums I’m pleased to see a more balanced and at times almost sensible perspective on here. Not to mention rodent anal exploration as a recurring topic of discussion. Furthermore I’m delighted to see the liberal use of ‘cunt’ being bandied about! My kind of people 
In terms of the topic at hand, I for one am incredibly excited for us to sign each of the 43 players we have been linked with today in the media. Anyone would think we had a couple of quid to spend knocking about from somewhere…

Living in Australia, obviously I watch a lot of A-League games. I saw on a n other site that Socceroo Aaron Mooy has transferred from Melbourne City to Manchester City.
I believe we could do worse than take a look at Melbourne City Uruguayan striker Bruno Fornaroli. Payed in same youth teams as Suarez and was Golden Boot of the A-League last season.
Fast, nimble and can turn on a dime, think Shane Long but can actually finish.
Don’t know how much he’d cost but would be awesome

So, has anybody else noticed that we are being linked with several left backs in recent days? The young French mush from Villa (okay, probably because Puel managed him before and he looked like the only Villa player not completely and utterly fucking useless) and more recently Robbie Brady (more of a wing back I suppose).
Couple all of that with the inevitable fact that the red scousers want Bertrand, they wanted him from Chelsea before they loaned him to us, and let’s face it… we have yet to demonstrate “No means no” to them, PLUS…Moreno is all kinds of shite. Moreover, Ryan has just been away with England - AKA the unoffical breeding ground of ‘leave Saints for Liverpool, cuz we is a really big club with great history’ sentiment (Thanks for that by the way Woy, shame it did’nt work out for ya…)
So my question, when can we expect the official courting of Ryan Bertand? This summer or next?

I’ve got Bert Rand marked down on my list of players who are good enough to play saints, but not so good that big clubs be much bothered bout stealing them. I’m usually right about these things tbh.
And he is signed with us up until 2019, it would take a hefty wedge from Liverhampton to take him from us with that in mind, they’ll wait until he has a year left on his contract before making a move…
I actually rate him quite highly to be fair but I hope you are right. Equally, a player being mediocre isn’t reason enough to deter Liverpool from buying from us though is it Bearsy?! Lovren anybody?

seems like a fair price when you look at what players are going for. Matt Ritchie going to Newcastle for £12m, Redmond to us for £10m, Dwight Gayle going for about 12m
