No idea why this appeared in the YouTube feed, but it is strangely compelling - although someone should get these young ladies a coat as they could catch a chill!

NSFB (Not Safe for Bletch) in his current incapacitation? Or will it aid his recovery?

Edited as ashamed to have posted video of scantily cold ladies advertising beach wear… i hang my head in shame

Slightly or completely sexist?

This is both strangely compelling and an accurate illustration of my urine flow ā€˜post-op’.

I have had the misfortune of visiting Kennedy Space centre. With kids. Nothing like this happened. It is not worth it.

But you may care to share with the Forum how much your ā€œsight to beholdā€ costs. It is nearer than Kennedy after all.

We did a bus tour of Cape Canaveral launch sites back in the early '80s, it comprised of visiting about 8 empty pads of concrete. The bus driver pressed a button at each pad and a pre-recorded tape listed the projects launched from each piece of concrete.
The highlight of the tour was a 10 minute stop where we could take pictures of the worlds largest American Flag painted on the side of the Saturn 5 assembly building. We decided to sit it out on the bus. :lou_facepalm_2:
It was notable for absolutely nothing.

A perfect video for the thread.

He’s genuinely childlike in his curiosity and wonder at the world.

Strangely compelling indeed.

Passed it on to #TeenageMutant as he’s at Uni (well back next week :crossed_fingers:) doing Physics and likes that stuff.

Also sent him the one @Map-Of-Tasmania posted on flow-dynamics. I thought the colours in that one were pretty.

something slightly different

#TeenageMutant is quite the guitarist and I’m the failed bass player that never ever made it, but we’ve been told to shut up the noise and go to bed by Mrs C_S after we thought we can. do better than this.

G’night.

Hmmm

Strangely I found this compelling

I found myself starting to watch this and then doing it all. An exploration of what an Amiga 1200 port of Street Fighter II might have looked like, if the devs at the time had concentrated on the platform.

Dude does a lot of development to prove his hypothesis.

All the balls are moving in a straight line…

Right, so this is one for those of a combined vintage and geekage.

Micro Men. A dramatisation of the battle between Sinclair and Acorn. Fascinating stuff. If half the stuff about Sir Clive is true, he doesn’t come across well.

And just in case you’re wondering how accurate it all is, here’s an additional video featuring three of the chaps from Acorn.

I used to sell to try to sell to Sinclair research.
And you lot wonder why I left the country ?

I left the country because it is cold wet and expensive
