We could high line, low line, fucking up the washing line we’d still be shit, you can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear, they shit, that’s it, they’re fucking shit.
What about a maginot line?
Where is that “lecturer” concerning that belter? Advocating the merits of invasion and bad practice.
An embarrassment that what that was, the Ardennes were their protection (really?), they had more forces and could have driven the Germans back (that is an actual fact given by all), anyway thank fuck there’s good books out there.
And they surrendered, they weren’t overrun, the word is capitulation, and they’re still embarrassed by it.
I thought you’d like that
I’m being unfair he never advocated the merits of invasion but moreso the merits of the Maginot Line, he forgot to mention the hole, treaty obligations and actual relevance of it.
You’re right IMHO - Ralph was critical of the team saying that they should know when to not have a high line but I also said to Tyke - surely that’s also Ralph’s job to tell them ?
I also pointed out that the main change from the end of last season is the lack of drinks breaks … IIRC, Ralph was constantly in their ear during the drinks break and we often played different immediately after (?). Maybe that was his opportunity to say “Don’t do this, do this”. Just clutching at straws really as it’s the same team, playing the same way just shittier ?
I’ll raise you a Siegfried Line.
I posted this 3 days ago, the sad part is is the club, manager and board are being wilfully stupid, the centrebacks and goalkeepers are not of the required standard, thats it, thats all there is to it.
They’re not good enough and nothing has really been done to address that, we’ve bought an unfit player and we got a centreback on loan who played as a winger.
That sort of tells you all you need to know about how fucking stupid our clubs employees actually are.
Actually this says everything about your willful lack of acceptance of the real world when it comes to the transfer market.
The real World? The transfer market works by buying players you need, we need players for a certain standard to achieve a certain goal (the club knows said goal yet the supporters don’t) yet we’ve done nothing, nothing at all.
Thats what In know about the transfer market concerning SFC in the last 3/4 years.
So give me something to be optimistic to be about, what is there on the horizon?
Salisu. Read the transfer thread, though it might make you sick to hear we have bought a gem
We got Ali Dia, don’t say we bought a gem before we know so, he may well be but we bought a player unfit.
Read the transfer thread on him you melt
So the transfer thread means he’s an assured success?
“Lads fuck off the black box we’ve now got a football forum with lads posting shit on it, its a sure fire winner…”
