Well i am another year nearer my maker today. The mighty Saints provided me with an early present last night, and a mate has just popped round and dropped off half a dozen bottles of assorted ales, Bishop’s Finger, Spitfire and Old Peculiar. The sun is shining so it will be an afternoon in the back garden with some good sounds playing, getting merrily pissed. Happy days.

It is with sadness that I have to report my resignation from the sotonians board. I was trusted by my mentor, @saintbletch to be his deputy. I was moved by his trust. He knows how to get the best out of me. Unfortunately, since Bletch’s passing, I have been sidelined by the sotonians hierarchy. Many of my posts have been “hidden”. Removed from public view if you will. I don’t know what has caused this but I won’t stand by and be abused like this. I’m not an unpaid intern. For that reason I am formally standing down as deputy. I wish things were different. I don’t want my folowers to kick up a fuss.
