Thanks. I chose them to reflect the mood of the space, love the way the patina creates a sort of shimmering light effect across the threadbare oilstained carpet, I often meditate in there.

That’s a real shame - who’s going to sort me out next time I flounce off again for the umpteenth time - but seriously, I hope he’s alright.

The world is a divisive and depressing place out there, and I can imagine managing a small subset of society can be a challenging and down heartening thing - especially when you have to be as impartial as Bletch is.

He will be missed on here, and with it being Mental Health Day today, I hope he’s alright.

They were far better back in my drinking days :frowning: (and by better, I mean “worse but funnier”.) I was always up near the top of the sicki leaderboard, and that’s when they had thousands of users and gags being posted at a terrific rate.

I really miss that site.

OK, so I have moved all of this mornings “discussions” to Barry Island, I have not been sleective in what I moved, I selected 1 post and moved everything under it away.

I will carry on doing this unless you keep the “discussion” to 1 thread…

So we’ve silenced @Barry-Sanchez for two weeks.

Reason : Continuing hostility / Infesting threads

If he can’t sort those things out when he gets back, he won’t be back long and we’ll set precedents. He can draw with his crayons elsewhere.

I like a ruck, but Barry manages to get himself into tiresome interminable spats with people that actually agree with him. It is beyond fucking exhausting. I think we all need a break.

Despite Saints losing it was a remarkably calm and sane weekend, the one causal factor I’d hazard a guess was Baz being silenced - though he has been lurking.
