Had a look, stepped in front of defender. Seen them given but if it was the other end and they’d been given a pen I’d be well pissed off.
I haven’t seen it again but in his defense he’s entitled to shield the ball and not get flattened in the process. Pen for me. 
All about opinions I suppose.

I think GBAR technology is long overdue in the modern game.

“Assistant Referee Slowlane” is not a title I would embrace…I favour “VAR Supremo Slowlane”…as we all know there are Referees, Linesmen and 4th Officials.
“Assistant Referee” is something invented by the Referee’s Association to improve “Linesmen’s” pay without altering their job description.
