I forgot to mention the half time music was Dirty Cash (Money Talks) and Money Money Money.
The more I think about it, the angrier I am. Both goals scored by new players. They never had to give proof of Covid cases. Blatant cheating.

We’re clutching at straws there. Practically the entire UK sports press have spent most of the season raving about him and selling him to practically every big club they could think of, and Chelsea must monitor their loan players anyway. They’ll know what he’s capable of.
He did go off with a slight injury which happened after chasing a ball played into the box. The defending barcode nearly had his shirt off in stopping him, clear pen from where I was sitting but no VAR used.
I think it’s clear the PL don’t want the Saudi billions wasted in the Championship
Just watched the highlights and the Barcodes keeper was by far the busier…
The Woods goal came from nowhere, the Guimaraes goal was spectacular, not a lot the defence could have done about that TBH.
From my position in the Itchen I don’t think either team deserved the win, however we played the better football. The Barcodes were using all sorts of delaying tactics with the ex-Bompey player, Fraser, being the worst.
I think I see the strategy here.
First two thirds of the season - play to stay up, and play well.
Virtually all players are earmarked by “pundits” for summer transfer to Arsenal, Spurs, MU, Villa, Newcastle etc etc.
Last third - play crap, just keeping up near mid table.
End of season - all pundits stop transferring our players, and we then start the next season with the same squad!
Haven’t seen the highlights yet but could Forster have come for either of the crosses for their goals?
He’s stopped some shots in recent games but had little of that to do last night. The other side of his game, commanding his 6 yard box, still doesn’t impress me.
Certainly not for the Woods goal, Salisu might have done better with challenging for the ball but Woods is about 2’ taller than him.
Spot the trend … once a Howe, always a Howe. Bompey played exactly the same way.
Saints have just emailed me for feedback on my matchday experience
Too soon. Way too soon.
