Great point under the circumstances. About time Vestergaard scored a header as the tallest outfield player in the league.
He and Bednarek has good games as did Romeu.

Happy with that point. Good games from Romeu and Boufal. Thought Danso did pretty well again too. Shame about the sending off. How rapid is Daniel James? Made Cedric look like he was towing a piano.

A good point all in all, Danso looked more uncomfortable as LB as the game went on. JWP? looked lacking in pace and not involved in the game as much as he should have been (or is that unfair?). Pretty much agree with the other comments. Yosh should start more.

So the post match meet up at the Unity was very convivial, as @Fowllyd would probably say (though he was wasnât there). Great to see a few very familiar faces.
Less great to have a beer thrown over me by @saintbletch but then I should expect nothing less, given how excited he still was from our equaliser two hours earlier

Never mind Bazza, always next time. Iâm sure ericofarabia will be back again, he doesnât live too far from Liverpool. Meeting you is on my bucket list and iâm not getting any younger. But we had a pleasant little session, good fun, the Lion is a great little pub.Shared a taxi back to West Derby with pap, he popped into my local for one and then got off around 5 o clock. Lightweight! I have just rolled in at 11-30, and i mean rolled. The best part of a 12 hour session, but i feel surprisingly OK. I have no doubt that it will be a different story in the morning!
