…and along the deck towards our nine foot tall striker. :+1::+1::unamused:

AMN has been atrocious today. Unfortunately it is a case of tallest dwarf …

In many ways Selles has more to answer for than Ralph and Jones. He’s been here the entire time and watched things fail, yet he’s doing nothing different.

Failure to play recognised strikers or even attempt to play to the strengths of and embed the massive striker we bought to score us the goals we desperately need is fucking criminal, if he’d tried it and failed then fair enough. But there’s no fucking excuse for playing the same way with the same old players who have proven to be not good enough and with a loser mentality to boot and expecting an upturn in fortunes. Bellend.

Terrible hospital ball from Bella Kotchap to Stuey, under no pressure. Not that it makes any difference.

You’d think that with JWPs free kick / penalty taking ability the team tactics should be to draw fouls in and around the opposition box? We can’t seem to score many any other way these days🤷‍♂️

How we’ve ‘amassed’ 23 points is an absolute fucking mystery to me.

We are still positive
We learned lessons
We March on
Blah blah fvck off

I did mention a while ago that I’d be worried of Selles took over because of this…

They were saying earlier that 20 defeats is our club record for a 38 game season. So we’ve achieved something. :+1::+1:

Awful. Just awful. So much for “we’re up for it, we’ll go down fighting” … relegation side if ever I’ve seen one.

ABK attitude stinks. JWP has lost his game. There’s a reason why Aribo has not been picked to play … he showed that today. Stuey is “legs gone”. Even KWP had a bad day at the office today.

Pissed off. Well and truly.

Still time to add 25% to that record.

Yeah but the players really like him so it’s fine :+1:

I was surprised to see him in the team after last week. He was SHOCKING against City. Looked like a fish up a tree.

Fixed.

We are going down and BOURNEMOUTH are staying up. Let that sink in.

We were absolute shit. I will expand on the nature of the shit later. But:

  1. We are down
  2. We lack any structure, direction or purpose
  3. Selles isn’t the answer

My trousers are fine but my anger is unrestrained. That was absolute crap.

That’s the most appropriate comment

I’m mainly blaming the Board. They were right to decide a change was needed from Ralph but made a disastrous decision.

I’ll take you back a step and say they are to blame for all the kids they bought in the summer and failure to land a goal scorer. If they’d bought 3 regular starters with some experience and then a bunch of investments in young players then fair enough. But doubling down on super young inexperienced players has absolutely backfired. Aside from Lavia, who is different level, the rest need far more time than we can offer. A 20 year old first choice goalkeeper absolutely sums it up for me. That is where I believe their arrogance shows through.

They should have done it in stages and introduced these young players in to more of an established side.

We were flirting with the drop after that horrendous run after Feb 2022. They had one chance to rectify our trajectory but decided to go full in on their business plan rather than actually address the pressing need of the football team. Fucking dickheads.

Because of our weak mentality and soft underbelly, I’m not expecting an easy ride next season either. Sad times indeed.
