You can enter a country illegally but legally claim asylum, you have still broken the rules of entering the country without the correct documentation.
The moment they claim asylum (after travelling through safe countries it could constitute shopping but thatās anther argument) theyāre here legally but they entered illegally. Theyāre undocumented and you need that to travel through countries.
I used to live in East Ham High street. The 20 minute walk up to East Ham tube each day was as culturally diverse as you can imagine and everyone just got on.
