If itās true about votes being required, I am not sure what I feel about that. The nice thing about it is that it sets the terms clearly on integration requirements. The nasty thing is that itās a tool for racists to deny decent people citizenship.
Qualified with over twenty years of experience, I can say with confidence that for any system you try to create, people will try to fuck it.
