:newcastlefc: Newcastle v Saints :saints: (PL)

Thread polluted…just when the nuns were working. :lou_facepalm_2:

The fault was Bednarek’s for me. Poor clearing header - never clear the ball by heading towards the penalty spot.

Yes and that.

Lemons blowing worse than Chazza

Bertrand has been, well, abject?

Was just thinking much the same. That said two great crosses in the last 20 mins. But he usually slows play down instead of doing the attacking thing.

Thinking of that move perhaps?

I was thinking that earlier as well…

Very impressed with the change in style, performance and energy in the second half. Newcastle are a tough team that took all their chances and had more than their fair share of good fortune.

Still can’t put together two good halves of football…even when we win.

Would you take the saintly option?

If an upside down cross is involved, then yes

To be fair to them, i thought Perez(or whatever he’s called) took the first with a level of class and footwork worthy of Agüero.
Agree about the changes, Ralph again showed he’s flexible enough to admit his choice isn’t working and do what’s needed to address that(obviously he’s a bit fucked when it comes to defenders).
I’m still pretty positive, as we all knew that the defence needs work, but we’re scaring all teams when we attack(and we never used to even bother trying) and that attitude will be enough to see us through the season.
