I was simply answering a specific question posed. The answer was cut and paste from a text message I received. For full transparency here it is with the original opening line.
And thatās absolutely fair enough. I havenāt got any beef with anyone about this.
Perhaps Iāll stick to the music and cricket threads.
Whilst I have broken my rule of sticking to the Saints threads!
@Simon-says was decent enough to back me up on a point Iād been brave enough to make.
That is his main involvement here.
Make no mistake, you are responding to me. My claim is that we always seem to have terror attacks before important votes.
Do you dispute that claim? Does @Fatso?
āBraveā enough to make?
I didnāt come on here to have an argument or to make any of this about me or you when people have died.
Youāve won an argument that only you are having, by shouting.
Dinger out.
āIn a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary actā.
Iāll take you on face value about not wanting an argument, but what, precisely, was the point of that post?
That terror attacks happen outside of election cycles?
This thread is getting strange and emotional.
Simple questions like, why did a dead man just raise his arm(s) gets you smeared as a loon(but no explanation is ever supplied).
How about dropping the emotions and just thinking logically?
A man on a tag travels from the Midlands to the same spot that 2 weeks before the last election witnessed a similar attack committed by people apparently wearing fake āvestsā( what does a fake vest do apart from guarantee your execution?).
There was an organised event that invited some ex offenders. Was our dead man invited(or were the others invited to confirm his identity)? If he was, he may well have been searched just a couple of weeks ago, as the terror threat level advised searching at all events. The Home Secretary reduced that level. I would like to hear her explanation for this(does that confirm my madness?).
Why did no one restraining him apart from a police officer(?) that just arrived see the āvestā and how if
āIt has been confirmed by the police that man was unarmed and restrained when he was shotā
do you justify executing a restrained person?
The parole board say they never recommended his release. Who did?
And yes, whereās the blood?
There are many questions(and potential answers) and not asking them is a disservice to the dead. Itās also a very clear sign of emotional manipulation from any that try to tar those that ask.
Stop tarring and use logic, maybe even try to answer the bits that donāt seem logical. Weird thinks do happen in high stress situations, but anyone that just dismisses the question is no different from the anti Semitic nodding dogs.
At best we have a decimated police force, over financed and under regulated SS, that are incompetent and clearly need massive change. A population that seems scared of questioning anything(weāre fucked at science and mathematics then) and a media that leads the way in religious belief whatever the evidence(or lack of).
Itās quite sad to see how far our fear has sunk us.
Maybe the propaganda is working better than even i thought possible. Totalitarian levels apparently, but how many even notice nowadays, let alone question?
apologies⦠I have that effect on many.
Is there an election going on in Holland?
Asking for a friend like
.
Reports in the Guardian that this guy has been a āperson of interestā to MI5 since he was 16. Whatever that means, person of interest covers a multitude, could mean many things.
Sheās been on twitter claiming it is Labour that is to blame.
This really isnāt a great response.
They forced her to reduce the terror thread, enabling a known threat to go unsearched?
Yeah ok. What kind of dumb do they take us for?
Possibly known to Prevent? It would be interesting to see what happened as a child if he was known since 16years old.
Ok. This thread has some interesting questions. Some of it could probably go in the election thread as it seems to cross over.
However, I do also have some issues with some of the things being said and the manner in which people are reacting to each other.
I wonder if there should be a step back, take some time, wait maybe before making a response.
Maybe think of those involved and how they would feel if they happened upon our little universe here. Just because we have the ability to come on the internet and say whatever we want without thought or evidence doesnāt mean we should.
My second cousin was injured in the 7/7 bombings. My family arenāt the best communicators so I only found out when I opened the Guardian on the Saturday and saw a photo of him in a hospital bed being visited by the queen. It was a big shock. We arenāt close but it still hit me. Iād checked that all my immediate family and friends in London were safe. I didnāt think he would be involved as he lived outside of London. So what if one of us knows one of those killed or injured? Is this thread going to bring any help to them or would it upset them?
Person of interest could mean mi5 were aware of him and kept an eye on him, or it could mean that they have had contact with him, just as they had long standing contact with the Manchester arena bomber and his family since the operation to overthrow gaddafi. If there was contact, what was the nature of any relationship with him. It is entirely relevant, and needs to be explained. But I am a realist so I wonāt be holding my breath.
I agree. but neither was the one that prompted it.
Still a bit ott.
If you go against the official narrative(no matter what you see) your going to get grief from the unthinking.
I donāt think that was the intention from @dinger
Iād just lo clarify that while I replied to @dingerās posr. Iām not having a got at dinger personally, and he is far from the first person to push that button.
Sorry, @dinger.
From my perspective, Iād made an pretty verifiable point on the correlation, or if you prefer, coincidence of terror attacks before important votes.
Iām not making any statement beyond that, except to say a list of events happening outside UK political election cycles doesnāt invalidate my point.
These things have bunched up before important votes, be it referendum or election.
I think we do need to be a bit more careful. Three people are dead. Two at the hand of one, one as a result of police intervention.
Need also to be mindful of that fact that sadly those with health issues/mind fucked by whatever nonsense etc⦠and those who feel the need to stab innocent folks are all āillā to some extent no matter what⦠may well see these political events as good opportunity for publicity or make a statement⦠so there can be a pattern that has nothing io do with conspiracy⦠The fact that certain groups then try to make political mileage out of tragic events is what is so despicable⦠in addition to those stupid fucks who relate it to unrelated eventsā¦āwhy we voted brexit, so we would be safeā¦ā etcā¦
